Reservas
All reserves must be made with a minimum time in advance of a day. This allows us to organize our team and ensure the quality of the service.
By completing the booking form, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your appointment.
Cancellations and reprogramming
If you need to cancel or reprogram your appointment, you must do so at least four hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedules and serve other customers.
Cancellations made less than four hours in advance could be subject to additional positions.
Paid
Payments can be made partially (initial quota) or total at the time of the reservation, depending on the selected option.
Details of the total service cost will be communicated before confirming the reservation.

Responsibility limits
We are not responsible for lost objects or pre -existing property.
The services will be carried out according to the details provided in the reserve. Any additional change must be communicated before the appointment.
